Buffalo Bar Squats - 2 sets/6 reps/bar (35lbs), 2 sets/8 reps/135lbs, 2 sets/6 reps/235lbs, 5 sets/3,4,6,4,6 reps/335lbs.
Ab Sling Knee Ups - 4 sets/20 reps.
Still got lots of work to do. The core work is getting easier.
