Light Stretches.
Deadlifts - 2 sets/6 reps/225lbs, 2 sets/1 rep/315lbs, 2 sets/1 rep/405lbs, 3 sets/1,3,1 reps/500lbs.
Band Assisted Pull Ups - 7 sets/6,6,8,8,8,10,10 reps.
The bar moved well and my lower back is feeling stronger. My right hand started to open up on the third rep of the heavy stuff. Hense why I had to put it down. Rehabilitation through annihilation.
