Heavy Bench Press

Difficult getting motivated today. Getting up for work at 0400hrs really knocks the crap outta me in the late afternoon. That said, chug back some pre workout drink and get on with it.

Light Stretches and Shoulder Mobility.

Bench Press - 2 sets/12 reps/135lbs, 225lbs/8 reps, 315lbs/3 reps, 330lbs/1 reps, 345lbs/1 rep, 360lbs/1 rep, 365lbs/miss, 365lbs/1 rep, 370lbs/1 rep.


Not bad. Not great.
