Medium Squats... sort of

Squats didn't go the way I wanted. This morning I woke up sore with cold like symptoms. It was the same thing yesterday but since I wasn't training yesterday it didn't matter. Core work on the other hand felt alright.

Leg Swings and Stretching.

Squats - 2 sets/8 reps/bar, 135lbs/8 reps, 225lbs/6 reps, 2 sets/6 reps/315lbs, 2 sets/2 reps/315lbs.


My abs were sore and I lacked energy. Better to leave it for another day. Time for core work.

Ab Sling Knee Ups - 10 reps, 13 reps/4kg slam ball, 2 sets/16 reps/light bands.


I hope this doesn't hurt tomorrow. Feeling blah but I hope the little work today makes me feel better tomorrow.
