Light Bench Press

I seem to be on a strength spurt right now. Moving up in weight doesn't seem to be an issue. Bring it on!

Shoulder Mobility and Light Stretches.

Bench Press - 2 sets/12 reps/135lbs, 225lbs/12 reps, 5 sets/6,12,12,12,13 reps/250lbs.


Standing Dumbbell Press - 35lbs/12 reps, 4 sets/12 reps/50lbs.


Much better control with the OH Presses. Everything felt fluid and strong.
