Light Deadlifts

No energy. No motivation. Gotta do it anyway.

Light Stretches.

Deadlifts - 2 sets/6,12 reps/135lbs, 4 sets/6,8,10,16 reps/225lbs.


Band Assisted Pull Ups - 6,8,10,12 reps.


Not bad. Not great. Still put in a bit of work.
