My lower back is trashed. It's tight and not co-operating with my training. Funny how it starts to feel better the further into the sets I go. Still, it doesn't feel great. Hopefully I can walk tomorrow.
Light Stretches.
Deadlift - 2 sets/8 reps/225lbs, 6 sets/6,6,6,8,8,10 reps/315lbs.
Band Assisted Pull Ups - 6 sets/8 reps.
I had to put on my belt after the second working set. Other than it pinching my belly it made my back feel much better.
