This morning I got an early start with my son to go fishing. No luck today. Not even a nibble. Oh well, the weather was amazing and spending time with my son is always great.
Once home I spent a lot of time relaxing and stretching. The I decided to do some Ab Sling Knee Ups.
Ab Sling Knee Ups - 5 sets/13,14,16,18,20 reps.
Feels good. Now I feel like having a nap.
