Light Squats

This morning my son and I went fishing. As the day started to warm up we decided to call it quits. Once home it was time for Squats.

Leg Swings and Stretching.

Squats - 2 sets/12 reps/bar, 3 sets/12 reps/135lbs, 5 sets/12 reps/185lbs.

Ab Sling Knee Ups (+bands) - 4 sets/16,12,16,12 reps.


Total volume for working sets today is 15,960lbs. Core it getting stronger. Feeling stronger.
