Light Stretches and Shoulder Mobility.
Bench Press - 135lbs/12 reps, 185lbs/12 reps, 4 sets/6,8,10,12 reps/265lbs.
I condensed my training today because we were busy chatting. After Bench he headed out. I continued with some OH Presses.
Standing Barbell Press - 3 sets/6,8,10 reps/135lbs.
At this point my wife came home and I was distracted. I concluded my training there.
