Light Squats

Damn it's hot today! Thermometer in the garage says 32 degC but the humidity is crazy high considering the rain we got a couple of days ago. Hey, why not Squat outside on the driveway?

Leg Swings and Light Stretches.

Squats - bar/8 reps, 135lbs/12 reps, 4 sets/6,7,8,12 reps/225lbs, 245lbs/12 reps, 275lbs/12 reps.


Ab Sling Knee Ups - 6 sets/12 reps.

Not as much total volume as previous weeks but 275lbs for 12 reps seems pretty good too me. Now time to shower then EAT!!!
