Squats - Bar/8 reps, 135lbs/8 reps, 235lbs/6 reps, 235lbs/7 reps...

ALRIGHT!!! Enough messing around. I feel good so it's time for business.

235lbs/12 reps, 235lbs/12 reps, 235lbs/14 reps, 235lbslbs/16 reps.


Ab Sling Knee Ups - 6 sets/10 reps.

That felt good. Obviously 235lbs is now too light. Going up in weight next light day.
