Heavy Deadlift
I decided to try tire Deadlifts tonight for an interesting change. The two inches of bar height really improves my position and allows for a strong pull.
Leg Swings and Stretching.
Tire Deadlifts - 235lbs/6 reps, 325lbs/1 rep, 415lbs/1 rep, 555lbs/1 rep.
Band Assisted Pull Ups - 3 sets/8 reps.
Not a lot of volume but I'm happy with the number.
