Heavy Squats

Still trying to sort out my core strength and energy levels. Getting older doesn't help. My form is amazing. But my training strength is all over the chart. Consitancy is everything and I'm sure my issues will sort themselves out over time.

Leg Swings and Light Stretches.

Squats - 2 sets/8,12/bar, 2 sets/8 reps/135lbs, 225lbs/6 reps, 315lbs/4 reps, 345lbs/3 reps, 365lbs/2 reps, 385lbs/1 rep, 405lbs/1 rep, 415lbs/1 rep, 2 sets/1 rep/430lbs.


I really pushed myself today. I didn't feel strong. The weight moved well from watching the videos so I continued to go up. I'm pleased with these numbers considering how I felt.
