Leg Swings and Stretching.
Squats - 2 sets/8 reps/bar, 2 sets/8 reps/135lbs, 225lbs/6 reps, 315lbs/4 reps, 405lbs/2 reps.
At this point I loaded the bar for 430lbs but went to the bathroom before attempting. In the bathroom I do my best thinking. I told myself to load the bar to 440lbs. I get back in the garage and load up 440lbs.
Squat - 440lbs/2 reps.
That was so satisfying. But, I wasn't done. Time for core work.
Ab Sling Knee Ups (light band resistance) - 4 sets/12 reps.
A good solids work out. I look forward to more of these.
