Medium Squats

I took yesterday off and the rest did me good. Today I very pleased with my training. I'm also pleased with my diet. My physique is tightening up and I'm also maintaining muscularity.

Leg Swings and Stretching.

Squats - bar/8 reps, 135lbs/8 reps, 225lbs/8 reps, 2 sets/6,10 reps/315lbs, 2 sets/6,8 reps/335lbs.



After Squats I went for a walk around the block.

Walk - 30 min.

My strength is returning.
