Light Bench Press

I've been very busy this week so training got put on the back burner. Today after work I had nothing planned. Time for Bench Press.

Shoulder Mobility and Light Stretches

Bench Press - 2 sets/12 reps/135lbs, 225lbs/8 reps, 7 sets/6,7,8,9,10,11,12 reps/245lbs.


Now I did the same weigh last Light Bench Press day so I worked the OH Presses.

OH Barbell Press - 5 sets/6,8,8,12,8 reps/135lbs.


Feeling well pumped and better for training tonight. Now I gotta eat.
