Medium Deadlifts

Any movement that requires my lower back lately has been difficult. Squats went well yesterday however, they were light and I wore a belt. Today Deadlifts went pretty good. No belt and my back held up alright. I guess I'll see tomorrow.

Light Stretches.

Deadlifts - 135lbs/12 reps, 225lbs/8 reps, 5 sets/6,6,6,6,10 reps/315lbs.


Band Assisted Pull Ups - 3 sets/8 reps.
Band Assisted Chin Ups - 3 sets/10 reps.

Everything went well and feels good.
