Light Squats

My back has been bother me so I wasn't too confident about Squats today. Fortunately everything went well.

Leg Swings and Light Stretches.

Squats - bar/12 reps, 135lbs/12 reps, 7 sets/6,7,8,9,10,11,14 reps/225lbs.

I set up my stands in the driveway to Squat in the sunshine. Absolute bliss.
