Light Stretches and Shoulder Mobility.
Bench Press - 2 sets/12 reps/135lbs, 225lbs/6 reps, 3 sets/6 reps/275lbs, 275lbs/8 reps.
All these reps were dynamic and done rapid fire.
Standing Barbell Press - 3 sets/8 reps/135lbs, 145lbs/8 reps.
The problems I'm suffering from with Squats and Deads are not an issue with Bench Press. The Standing Presses are getting stronger.
