Heavy Squats

I've been busy with work and life lately. Today I had time so bar bending was in order.

Leg Swings and Stretching.

Squats - 2 set/8 reps/bar, 70kg/6 reps, 120kg/4 reps, 170kg/2 reps, 180kg/1 rep, 185kg/1 rep, 190kg/1 rep, 192.5kg/2 reps.


I feel really good about this number. Approximately 10lbs more than last heavy day.
