My bench work has been going really well. My head wasn't really into it today but I thought some heavy Bench Press would make me feel better. It did.
Light Stretches.
Bench Press
W/U - 135lbs/12 reps, 205lbs/8 reps, 275lbs/6 reps.
Power Phase - 8 sets/1 reps/345lbs.
Pump Phase - 4 sets/10 reps/225lbs.
