Yesterday was more than busy but I still had a few hours to work out.
Light Stretching.
Bench Press - 135lbs/12 reps, 4 sets/6 reps/225lbs, 2 sets/8 reps/225lbs.
Cambered Bar Curls - 6 sets/12 reps/60lbs.
Good Chest and Biceps pump. Not much more to say beyond that.
