Squats and Bench Press

I thought for sure training today would be chaotic as I trained yesterday. Everything went better than I expected.

Foam Rolling and Stretching.
Squats - bar/12 reps, 4 sets/12 reps/80kg, 90kg/14 reps.
Bench Press - 135lbs/12 reps, 5 sets/12 reps/190lbs.

I also did some barbell curls and some over head extensions. I cranked up the #fivefingerdeathpunch and got into the zone. Feeling good!
