Bench Press and Deadlifts

I dropped into the Strength Club this morning for some training. Lately my work has been stressing me out so doing what makes me happy helps my cope. Lifting weight makes me happy.

Leg Swings and Stretching.
Deadlifts - 70kg/12 reps, 5 sets/12 reps/100kg.
Bench Press - 135lbs/12 reps, 5 sets/12 reps/205lbs.
Ab Sling Knee Ups - 5 sets/10 reps.

I feel really good when I train. Now that I'm a little smaller the Knee Ups feel great. I am able to get a greater range of motion and concentrate on my core better. Body Weight this morning was 314lbs. Ya Me!!!
