Bench Press and Deadlifts

Training today at the 17 Wing Strength Club. I wanted to try out my Bench Press but again it didn't feel like my old power. I need to constantly remind myself of my goals. Still, it was nice to press some weight for a change.

Foam Rolling, Leg Swings and Stretching.
Bench Press - 135lbs/12 reps, 185lbs/12 reps, 225lbs/6 reps, 275lbs/1 rep, 315lbs/1 rep, 335lbs/1 rep, 2 sets/6 reps/265lbs.
Deadlifts - 4 sets/12 reps/90kg, 90kg/20 reps.

Again nothing special weight wise but the volume is feeling good. 10,000kg+.
