Squats and Bench Press

Feeling stir-crazy this evening so I got off my butt and drove to the gym for some training.

Leg Swings and Stretching.
Squats - bar/12 reps, 115lbs/12 reps, 5 sets/12 reps/170lbs.
Bench Press - 135lbs/12 reps, 5 sets/12 reps/185lbs.

A great work out with shorter rest between sets burning lots of calories.
