More fun and games. Today I hit the weights in the main gym. Busy as heck but I still was able to get it done. I'm not being entirely truthful. I did lever Deadlifts instead of conventional deadlifts.
Bench Press - 135lbs/12 reps, 5 sets/12 reps/185lbs.
Lever Deadlifts - 180lbs/12 reps, 5 sets/12 reps/230lbs.
Again, nothing exciting but with a short rest between each set my heart rate was elevated the entire work out. I feel this style of training is working well for me right now.
