Training today at the Strength Club. Bunch of friends got together and had a great day of training during a holiday.
Leg Swings and Stretching.
Squats - 2 sets/12 reps/40kg, 5 sets/12 reps/75kg. (last set was for 14 reps).
Bench Press - 135lbs/12 reps, 5 sets/12 reps/185lbs.
I was supposed to do 72.5kg today but , oops. Also, 185lbs is about 84kg which is way above what I am scheduled to lift. Everything moved well and I had a great day.
