Squats

After reviewing my blog I found that I've done 8 sessions of 12 rep volume training. That would be 4 of Squats/Bench and 4 of Bench/Deadlifts. Today I want to start 10 sets of 6 reps with the same weight I left off with and Squats, Bench Press, and Deadlifts all on separate days.

Light Stretching.
Squats - bar/12 reps, 135lbs/8 reps, 10 sets/6 reps/205lbs.

That's it, that's all.
