Today I had PT at work. We did about an hour of circuit training which really sucked. After that I went into the weight room for some Squats.
1 hour of circuit training.
Squats - 4 sets/bar/8 reps, 2 sets/8 reps/135lbs, 6 sets/8 reps/225lbs, 1 set/4 reps/315lbs.
No belt / no sleeves. My form was really good. All reps were solid and dynamic. Now I am hungry and ready for dinner.
