Went to my friend's house to help him weigh the competition plates. After that we went to his basement for some training.
Light Stretching.
Bench Press - 2 sets/12 reps/60kg, 4 sets/12 reps/100kg, 3 sets/12 reps/110kg, 1 sets/12 reps/115kg.
Had a great day. Feeling good.
