I was a bit concerned about Benching again so soon but I looked at my schedule for tomorrow night and if I didn't train tonight I would have to wait until Thursday I'm glad I did train tonight because it went well.
Bench Press - 135lbs/12 reps, 185lbs/8 reps, 225lbs/8 reps, 6 sets/6 reps/325lbs.
Dumbbell Hammer Curls - 3 sets/12 reps/42.5lbs.
I was a bit rushed tonight but I still got everything done that I wanted. My Bench Press keeps getting better and better.
