Bench Press

I've been pretty busy lately and I wanted to train today and tomorrow. The only way it would work is to do Bench Press again today then Squats/Deadlifts tomorrow with my son. Amazing training day today. My Bench Press is really going places. I am setting personal bests every time I train on the Bench.

Light Stretching.
Bench Press - 2 sets/12 reps/135lbs, 2 sets/6 reps/225lbs, 315lbs/6 reps, 365lbs/3 reps (PR), 385lbs/1 rep, 370lbs/2 reps (PR), 370lbs/2 reps, 315lbs/9 reps (PR).

I wanted 385lbs for a double but I guess that was a bit too far. Still 3 separate Personal Records is great!
