Bench Press

Training at the 17 Wing Gym with my son again as we do every Sunday. Today I dialed back the weight but upped the volume. I feel fat and strong.

Leg Swings and Stretching.
Bench Press - 2 sets/12 reps/135lbs, 4 sets/12 reps/225lbs, 4 sets/12 reps/245lbs.
Dumbbell Hammer Curls - 4 sets/12 reps/35, 40, 45, 50lbs.
Behind Neck Smith Machine Press - 3 sets/12 reps/135lbs.

I feel great! My son today Squatted 205lbs for two singles.
