Deadlifts today in the garage. A little chilly and high humidity made for a bit of an uncomfortable work out. Higher volume helped warm me up.

Leg Swings and Stretching.
Squats - 3 sets/6 reps/bar.
Deadlifts - 225lbs/6 reps, 5 sets/6, 6, 6, 8, 11 reps/315lbs.

Not too bad. This was the first day of Deadlifts in quite a while. They felt good.
