Bench Press

The weather today was very nice so I opened up the garage door for some Bench Press. I had some extra motivation through a VHS copy of BLOODSPORT!!!

Light Stretching.
Bench Press - 2 sets/12 reps/135lbs, 6 sets/12 reps/185lbs.
Standing Barbell Curls - 3 sets/12 reps/85lbs.

A really fun work out.
