I really wanted to try out my Squat suit today. I did and it was awesome.
Leg Swings and Stretching.
Squats - 2 sets/6 reps/bar, 3 sets/6 reps/70kg.
Suit Bottoms Squats - 170kg/3 reps, 220kg/3 reps, 250kg/2 reps, 272.5kg/2 reps.
None of these reps where anywhere near legal. All were very high. Considering this is my first time in gear in a year I am extremely happy with how easy and how fast the bar moved. The new found classic strength is carrying over to my equipped lifting.
