Training at work today during lunch hour. I started a bit too heavy but things got sorted out before the end.
Bench Press - bar/12 reps, 135lbs/12 reps, 225lbs/8 reps, 2 sets/6 reps/315lbs, 315lbs/4 reps/missed 5 and 6, 4 sets/6, 8, 6, 10 reps/275lbs.
Great volume but not as strong as I thought I might be. Another time in the near future I will be hitting 6 sets/6 reps/315lbs.
