Another really good training day. My strength keeps climbing so I have to keep pushing my limits.
Tire Deadlifts - 165lbs/8 reps, 235lbs/8 reps, 325lbs/8 reps, 415lbs/6 reps, 505lbs/2 reps, 605lbs/1 rep, 650lbs/miss, 415lbs/6 reps, 435lbs/6 reps.
All sets were done with straps to take the pain from my hands. I didn't have 650lbs in me today but I'm sure if I would have put 625lbs on it would have went. Great day.
