Bench Press

I took some time during lunch today to work my Bench Press. I am getting stronger.

Bench Press - 135lbs/12 reps, 225lbs/8 reps, 3 sets/6 reps/285lbs, 2 sets/6 reps/295lbs, 315lbs/6 reps, 225lbs/12 reps.

All sets and reps were well in control. Numbers next Bench Press day will surely go up.
