Training today was pretty good. I was nervous and didn't want to squat today. I sucked it up and labored on.
Warm Up
Leg Swings and Stretching.
Squats - bar/12 reps.
Working Sets
Squats - 6 sets/12 reps/80kg.
Bench Press - 2 sets/12 reps/75kg, 4 sets/12 reps/85kg.
I was only supposed to do 5 sets of Squats but the tunes were blasting and I felt like doing a sixth. I screwed up my weight on the Bench Press. After the second set I realized what happened and rectified the situation. Great training day.
