Bench Press and Deadlifts

Moving up in weights and I'm feeling better than ever. Still no challenge but my body is getting used to the high volume.

Warm Up
Leg Swings and Stretching.
Bench Press - bar/12 reps.

Working Sets
Bench Press - 5 sets/12 reps/80kg.
Deadlifts - 5 sets/12 reps/80kg.

Had some company today. It's always nice to share stories while training. Feeling Great! Had a message from a friend in NFLD who asked me about going to the Worlds. He has been many times and it did my spirit good to hear from him.
