As every training day goes by the weights go up.
Warm Up
Leg Swings and stretching
Bench Press - bar/12 reps, 60kg/12 reps.
Working Sets
Bench Press - 5 sets/12 reps/90kg
Deadlifts - 5 sets/12 reps/90kg.
My posterior chain loved the Deadlifts. I am really enjoying the volume. I am a bit concerned about the weights in a couple of weeks. World's is at the end of all this hard work. Time to get serious and TRAIN!!!
