Birthday Squats

It's my Birthday today. Everytime I celebrate my birthday I like to try for a PB. It's my 40th today and I didn't miss the PB.

Stretching.
Squats - 135lbs/10 reps, 225lbs/8 reps, 315lbs/4 reps, 405lbs/1 rep.
Squats with belt and knee sleeves - 455lbs/1 rep, 475lbs/1 rep.

Nothing else today. Got my PB now got lots of other stuff to do.

Congratulations Snowdaddy! A nice way to enter the M1 Class with a training PB. Enjoy your Forties as you will be stronger.
