Chilly morning, warm fire, Deadlifts in the SANCTUM. It's been a while since I deadlifted so I just took it slow and steady.
Warm Up - 10 minutes stationary bike.
Deadlifts - 135lbs/6 reps, 225lbs/6 reps, 315lbs/6 reps, 5 sets/1 rep/405lbs.
Ab Sling - 3 sets/12 reps straight, 12 reps sides.
Cardio - 10 minutes stationary bike higher effort.
I worked on speed pulling 405lbs. I didn't wear a belt. The core work is getting better and better.
