Core Work

Back to work today. After work got out to the garage to train. Cold outside means cold garage. -20°C outside. +8°C inside. 

Light Stretches.

Rebounding - 30 minutes.

Sit Ups - 20 reps

CRAMP!!!

Ab Sling Knee Ups - 3 sets/12 reps, 3 sets/12 reps (with band)


Much better. No abdominal cramps this time.
