Rebounding and Kettlebell Swings

Today's training is based on hinges. Kettlebell Swings are the best for that.

Rebounding - 30 minutes (6x5 min)

Kettlebell Swings - 5 sets/20,20,30,30,20 reps/40lbs.


Core feels very engaged and posterior is pumped. Again, feeling good.
