Bench Press

As soon as I got home from work I got to work.

Rebounding - 45 minutes.

Bench Press - 2 sets/12 reps/135lbs, 4 sets/8,8,10,12 reps/225lbs.

Concentration Curls - 3 sets/10 reps/35lbs.

OH Triceps Ext - 3 sets/10 reps/35lbs.

Good pump. Time to eat!
