Rebounding and Ab Sling
IAW the program today is either off or Core work. I'm feeling good and nothing has been heavy or stressfull yet. Core work it is.
Rebounding - 60 minutes (6x10 min)
Ab Sling - 6 sets/12 reps.
Static Stretches.
Now it's time to eat.
